Hard hit by the economic storms that rolled in several years ago and wreaked havoc with its donor support, Atlantic City Rescue Mission has selected Brewer Direct to help continue its rebuilding efforts.
One of the first steps in restoring and reestablishing a solid fundraising base will be the initiation of the Agency’s signature Momentum Philanthropy program, a high-touch direct marketing program aimed at building relationships – and corresponding financial support – from mid-level and major donors. The new initiative, launched by Brewer Direct earlier this year, played a significant role in the Mission’s decision to retain the firm. So, too, did the ability to listen.
Atlantic City Rescue Mission Executive Director Dan Brown said, “While we may not have the creative, media and digital expertise an agency like Brewer Direct brings, we know our community. More importantly, we know what makes it unique. They have listened to those insights and it’s clear from the strategies they present, they heard us.”
